Like many others I'm trying to understand this ridiculous situation with XL bully's abs bulky type breeds . We have an American bulldog standard crosser with a staff and are being told to apply for exemption but although he is 23inchs in height and does have a few other characteristics is it enough for him to be classed as an XL as the regulations are so vague and I think they are scaring people in to do the exemption because they we feel we may risk our dogs life . But making him exempt t means I can insure him medically , muzzle etc and lead so I just don't know what to for the best . I have no papers for hin
